Hi I downloaded a wordpress theme - NO8 (have a monthly subscription); installed it and imported the demo. All seemed fine, but when I click on edit page, it shows me a big box full of codes, instead of the usual WP Bakery visual builder. Can someone please help.
PS: I am new to this forum, so if this is not the right place to post for help, please guide me to the right forum.
Thanks in advance!
please at first check your theme compatible with wordpress 5 and Gutenberg Optimized. If not then please install classic editor and hope all will be fine.
Thanks for the prompt response. WP bakery came with the theme, I did not install it separately. So do I have to purchase the classic editor or is there a way to downgrade the existing one. Just for your reference, here is how it looks when I click on edit page in wordpress’ backend : https://prnt.sc/mjx0q1
you can download free from here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/
just download install hope will be fine and fix the issues. Please be noted you must have install and active WP bakery and just active classic editor.
Perfect!! Much appreciated. Thanks a lot, you saved my day!
Just one general query; since I downloaded the theme from my subscription, am I still eligible to receive theme related support? If so, where should I post my queries for a specific theme? Thanks.
sorry to say in subscription service Item Personalized support not included. so for customization or support you have to hire freelancer.
