Issues installing the healthcoach theme

The theme doesn’t want to install properly on Wordpress, 3 plugins doesn’t work which is included in the package. Demo importer doesn’t work. I have already send 2 emails to Envato support desk and no responds. The website shows a list of coding and a blurry few. I have followed all the steps how the instal this theme and even then it didn’t work. I have installed many times theme’s but never had issues like this. Can anybody help me out please. Much appreciated.

Looks like you have not installed plugins like Visual Composer and definitely have not configured the navigation etc.

I would be very surprised if at least the plugins bit was not in the documentation and that you din;t get the message in WP admin advising you install these
