Issue with Reviewing my Code - PHP Code is messed?

Dear all,

I am facing big issue with my new item approval. It was Soft Rejected and they helped me to clean my code. But at last they are saying my code is messed by giving following screenshot

But in my side the code is like below.

It seems like the tool they uses to check the code is messing my code up. Can someone help me to understand what is going on here.

Did you tried opening your file in some other editor?

Try using notepad on windows (not notepad++) and see what your code looks like.
