I have reached out to support but no reply yet regarding the Eightsy template kit so I thought I would see if anyone else had the same issue I am having. When I install the kit it tells me I MUST install 2 plugins so the template kits works. I let it install and activate the plugins Jeg Elementor kit and Metform. I set the site up and it looked great but then I noticed the header I designed was not showing up on my pages. I checked and all settings were correct. I got on with Elementor support and they advised me that the JEG Elementor kit was the culprit and after deactivating it the header worked. The only issue is the important parts of the Eightsy kit stopped working. I reactivated it and the elements worked…but the header disappeared. Did anyone else have this issue and a resolution?

yes. did everything they said deactivating all plugins but elementor plugins , check settings and still have that issue
