Issue with plugin compatibility after recent update

I recently purchased the plugin from Envato Elements. I have been using it for several months without any problems. However, after the recent update, the plugin is no longer compatible with my theme. I have tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin, but the issue persists.

I have contacted the theme author, and they have confirmed that the issue is with the plugin. They have advised me to contact the plugin author for support.

I have contacted the plugin author, but they have not yet responded. I am concerned that I will not be able to use the plugin until the issue is fixed.

In the meantime, I am wondering if there is anything else I can do to try to resolve the issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately with downloads from elements there’s no guarantee of support or updates in the same way as purchases from the main marketplaces

It might be worth checking the plugin on CodeCanyon to see if there has been any updates recently and if so purchase the full/supported copy
