From a design perspective the item has a lot of problems
Font
Input style
Line height
Height of inputs
Spaces and margins
Logo styles
Checkbox styles
Heading Styles
Button Contrast
etc
Although the backend might be amazing, the design is vital, and I suggest researching Dribbble, Pinterest, Behance, and other inspiration sites for design techniques and patterns to create these elements so they look better and more pleasant. At the moment, as a customer, getting on to that page, ask yourself would you use it?
