RH - Real Estate Sale and Rental WordPress Theme and its pretty much iseless as it limits number of users and we are not able to mkae customer info collection page. Even though there are 5 different types of display done it does not alow that and in fact the developer has promised an update to fix that but nothing to this date and impossible to get a hold of the,

I do not recommend using Envato support

The post you created here would fade away within few days. Contact Envato support and report the item if it’s broken and having an issue with it. Envato will take an action and probably remove the item if it’s broken. The item support is being provided by the author and Envato is not responsible if it takes long… I’m aware of the respond time on Envato is slow but there’s not much things you can do considering the marketplace is huge.
