Is this suitable to be forwarded for review?
No not really
Concept has been done a thousand times before and there are a several areas which are not executed properly esp with typography, hierarchy, and bits of text being seemingly forced in for the sake of it rather then serving purpose
What needs to be improved? 
More originality to design,
Premium native design features (remember you can’t share that stock person or background so once that is gone there is even less to the design)
Tighter quality execution eg typography, construction, hierarchy, spacing
