I would make a switch as well if my main ocupation was sharing dribbble shots and doing daily UI challenge.
But since clients are usually not even familiar with Sketch and there arenāt many things you canāt do with Photoshop vs Sketch, I plan on staying with Adobe for a while. When you are experienced with PS and have your own process made, switching to Sketch will not save you time or make your life better. But itās a nice tool if you are a Mac user that doesnāt have to send your files around.
I use both and I donāt thing thereās an āagainstā thing there.
What happens is that Sketch 3 makes designing layouts and wireframes easier.
But when it comes to manipulate images and creating footage stuff, Photoshop is the tool to do it.
Sketch and Photoshop are 2 different software.
If you design UI kits, go for Sketch, But I strongly suggest to use both, try, test, and if after a while you feel you donāt use the other at all, then decision made.
