Hi there! there is this tool on the Udemy’s teacher tools, that analyzes the market for opportunities, https://www.udemy.com/instructor/marketplace-insights/ there you can see if some topic is hot or not and if it is an opportunity to make a new course or not. Im not sure how to look for something like this for a personal site I have in mind.
