I made 1 payment 5 days ago (February 06, 2016) and 9 purchases with the same merchant PayPal account and everything worked just fine.
Then tomorrow morning ( 07 February 2016) I want to purchase again ( graphicriver ) the Paypal merchant is locked and cannot process my billing statement.
I need help for the payment method.
