Is there a way to remove "Comments are closed" on the Universe Theme

Hello,

I have downloaded the Universe theme from theme forest and am trying to remove “no comments” from each blog. If I turn the comments off it shows up with “with comments are closed”

Can anyone help me get rid of this?
