We’re looking for a spin the wheel plugin that allows you to add custom form fields instead of the generic ‘name and email’, so far no luck. Does anyone know of a plugin that supports this? So for example, would need to have the ability to add a ‘postcode / address’ field alongside the name and email.
Any advice would be appreciated.
