Is the comment we entered while sending our products visible to the customers?

Hello friends, there is a comment section when posting updates about our products. Does the message we enter in this section go to customers who have purchased the product before? For example, can I use this field to tell previous customers what to do when we make a radical change?

No, that comment field is not related to customer. That comment is only for the Item reviewer to tell them what update/features you have done. Thanks

Nope! Those messages are only for the review team. Use the item description area to add a changelog at the end, you can use pre tags in it! Best and simplest solution! Most authors do this, you can check the biggest items from the category, you’ll see examples! Cheers! :blush:
