Is TGM Activation plugin allowed?

I would like to use the TGM Activation plugin to require/recommend the Evanto Market WordPress plugin (Envato Market WordPress Plugin) for easy updates for my own plugin.

I was wondering if it is allowed to add the TGM class to my plugin code?

yes, you can use TGM to recommend (not required) the Evanto Market WordPress plugin.
