Why they given refund tabs in admin section? Today i have got 2 refunds without inform me. If refund tab not working then you need to disable this or need to improvement as soon as possible.
I think refunds requested by users through the Envato system are managed by authors but when the refund request comes directly from Paypal or a Bank , Envato does not have a say in this matter and has to comply.
What CleanandSimple said. One Is a refund, which you’ll find in your refunds tab, the other is called a reversal… which you won’t find in your refund tab as it’s not specifically a refund as such. It should say if it’s a reversal in your statement page.
