is Licensee: First_name Last_name

Hi. I purchased one item and in the license certificate (pdf and text) my name does not appear. It looks like: is LIcensee: Fist_name Last_name.

How can I get the right one?

  1. Login to envato
  2. On the dropdown - top right - go to settings
  3. Under details your Personal Information, make sure that you have completed the boxes - if not and I suspect you haven’t done this, then click on the link which says:

If you’d like to update your billing details, please re-submit your tax information

If you filled the form after purchased then the new updated billing info will not be updated in your already invoiced license certificate (pdf and text). But the new updated billing info will use for all of your next purchased.

If the Billing Information was filled before the purchased then please contact envato support by opening Help ticket and let them know. Envato Customer support team will be happy to assist you.
