Is it soft or hard reject?

Hey guys. I do not understand is it hard or soft reject. Please help me!

Is it enough to remove watermark from preview image? Or should i change my item totally and upload it again?

only watermark…this is soft reject

Weird, seems like the first part suggests a hard reject, but then they mention just one issue to fix. It’s a little confusing. Just remove the watermark and try again I guess.
