An agency developed an website for me, I have a registered copy of the theme but I can’t get the updates. The agency has no interest in keep giving support. Is it possible to transfer the product to my account so I could ask them?
Unfortunately not - if you have bought your own license then speak to the author who should be able to help you deregister the other version and instead use yours
