Is it possible to make changes to the track after hard reject and send it again? if so, how important should they be?

i did it once, i really believed in track. i found guitars high ends ugly and cutted them, drums was way to much intense deleted some drum channels and mixed again. I sended again and approved for sale.

that is, the melody and arrangement have not been changed?

arrangement changed but melody stayed same. but i realised problem with track was really mixing. if you think your tracks melody bad change it.
