Is it possible to change theme colors?

I’m looking at theme Jannal | Curtains, Blinds PSD by rsriram | ThemeForest
but the pink colors has to go,
How hard, if possible is it to change any pink/red colors to greens?

That’s a Photoshop template, you can change whatever you want as long as you know Photoshop.

I thought I knew photoshop, but I guess not as I did not know you can create templets for WP in it.
