Is gutenberg blocks required ?

Hi,

Let suppose we are developing a WordPress theme for elementor, beaver builder or visual composer. Still we need blocks added ? A bit confusion here for me …

Then why gutenberg requurements are given in theme development requirements ? There should clearly be mentioned that for page builders no need for this post etc … while we all follow and know themeforest WordPress guidelines strictly

There are only a few mandatory requirements for Gutenberg - mainly that it should work (no removing blocks), and all the standard/core blocks should be styled match your theme. But you aren’t required to create new custom blocks. So if you have a custom WPBakery pricing table element you do not have to create a corresponding Gutenberg pricing table block.
