Is color scheme copyright-able?

Hello,

We all know that color scheme(color branding) is really important aspect of overall design and plays fairly important role. I would like to understand if color scheme is really copyright-able. Is it fine if someone is copying and using the same color palette (that I have in my theme) in his theme for some of the elements including panels, buttons, and some of form controls.
