Is Bootstrap mandatory for templates?

Hi There, I have been submitting some templates made without bootstrap but they were responsive though. I’m curious about this now ! Is it Mandatory to use bootstrap in all templates?

Of course NOT :slight_smile: there are anothers responsive library (Foundation…etc…) and you could use your own CSS too
