I would like to start creating my website with wordpress.
First there is a header, menu effect i want to get.
Logo on the left of the header, menu on the right.
when your scroll down the logo stays and the menu disappears.
When you hover over the header the menu comes back.

Logo left side, menu right. When page is scrolled the menu is hidden and the logo stays. When you hover your mouse over the header, the menu is shown.
If anyone can recommend a theme or plugin that can help me achieve this, it would be much appreciated.
Maybe some code that i’d have to add?..
