Invalid License Code - WP Plugin - Chatbot Pro (EvantoElements)

Hi All,

I have a subscription on Evanto Elements and I want to use a Wordpress Plugin called Chatbot Pro, I have downloaded the license and tried to implement it on the site I’m working on (I have never used this license before, brand new so not registered on any other site).

These are the errors I am receiving:

- You have Entered an Invalid License Key for WPBot Pro Wordpress Chatbot
*- Hi! Please enter the license key to receive automatic updates and premium support. *
[Please activate your copy of WPBot Pro Wordpress Chatbot.]

Any idea on how can I get this resolved?

Elements downloads do not come with purchase codes to register/activate items in the same way that items from Themeforest/Codecanyon do.

Items on Elements should work without needing to activate using licenses/purchase codes
