Hello, Can anyone recreate something similar to the intro video as seen on ifly50.com

I can provide the video for the background however am looking for a similar effect with the woman as seen on the intro.

Please contact me if this is some thing that you can do or if someone can direct me to where I can find a similar footage that has that woman to be placed over the background video.
