Integrating a custom booking system with the "Yachtera" template

Hello, I need to use the “Yachtera - Elementor Template Kit for Yacht Club and Boat Rental” template for a new project.
But before proceeding with the first steps, I need to know how the booking search engine that appears in the home page header works.
Specifically, I need to integrate this template with a third-party booking system that syncs with other booking platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.), allowing for a payment gateway and a system for sending confirmation emails, booking reminders, and thank-you emails after checkout, including “hourly rentals,” “daily rentals,” “extras,” “discounts,” “coupons,” “discounts and fees,” “number of guests,” and “confirmation, cancellation, and thank-you emails.”
Can you give me any help or suggestions regarding the above?
I would be willing to contract out some of the work if necessary.

The template is static as what you see on the demo site ( front-end )
You’d definitely need integration with the back-end.
