Installing a template

Hello, I bought a pattern here, but I can not install it, I get a message : The selected template pattern is a secondary, but primary format is not installed. You need to install the template “Sw_maxshop” to use the selected template .
What I have to do ?, and where do I find the main template (Sw_maxshop) .
