Installed the listingpro theme and website wont load, ready to get refund

Hi, I have just purchased the listingpro theme and i am ready to get a refund.

I have installed the theme as per the youtube videos but as soon as i activated the listingpro theme my website started throwing up an error which says " This page isnt working, my website redirected you too many times"

If i de activate the plugin then my website works fine…
can anyone help or should i just get a refund and go elsewhere.

Hi, are you talking about a plugin or is the theme that breaks the site?

Support for the theme you can get from the theme author (if you navigate to item’s page on themeforest - and click the Support tab, you’ll see how to contact the author for support)
