install tools version of Real Paint FX?

i bought Real Paint FX.
i installed FX Box first and restarted PS.
i added Real Paint FX.
your pdf said to choose tools, your install page recommended brushes.
how am i supposed to know which is correct?
i chose brushes.
obviously the wrong choice.
it does not work.
i uninstalled Real Paint FX, and uninstalled FX Box.
i deleted the Real Paint FX brushes set.
i quite PS.
i trashed the FX Box and Real Paint FX downloads and license keys.
i restarted the computer.
i re downloaded FX Box and Real Paint FX and license.
i reinstalled FX Box and restarted PS.
i re isntalled Real Paint FX.
but it defaults to whatever the problem was before.
it does not give me the option to choose ‘tools’ instead of brushes.
and it does not reinstall the Real Paint FX brush set.

what hoops do i have to jump through to get this to work properly, and give me the option to install ‘tools’ and re install the Real Paint FX brush set?

hi did u notice a guy using this tool and doing it very well in the roster? u may try to contact the concerned guy in private message, he may help u …

i have no idea who you are talking about.
if i don’t get a response from tech support, i’ll have to get a refund.
they should either fix their install notice or make a better warning. not everybody reads instructions. they expect something as simple as a PS extensikon to be simple, not a whole process

Hey, so I’m not sure if you are still looking for the solution after all this time, but for those that may do the dumb as we did, I have a solution. The only thing that I found to bring up the option again was a complete reinstall of Photoshop. While I don’t know if it is necessary, I discarded all the preferences when i uninstalled. When reinstalling I was able to grab an older cloud save of my preferences automatically from before Real-Paint-FX and seemed to work out fine. Hope this helps.
