saludos he comprado la licensia de 59 dolares , si instalo una plantilla y al final no la puedo a comodar para mi proyecto puedo eliminarla y utilizar otra?

You can install it at your server with one domain and you can use it for your project but you can’t exchange it.
if you purchase any of item from Envato Market then you have to use that item only you are not able to exchange with any other item.
