I have issues updating theme options in the Inovado theme. Is there anyone that can help me with this, I have purchased the theme 4 times and have sites set up. Really need to make changes but can’t!

this is such a frustrating con! I have contacted Minti in regards to INOVADO theme not updating options and getting any where? can someone please advise? I have over 6 websites configured to this minti theme!
