What kind of file is it? PSD, WP, HTML?

Sounds like something to ask the author of the file about. Above the preview image on the item page click ‘support’ and follow the instructions there

As mentioned you need to ask the author - as I can’t see the file name in the image I can’t link to it but if you look above the preview image on the item page for the support tab this will explain how to reach them.

This is 16MB, and that is too low for PHP memory for any type of use. Try to increase PHP allowed memory to 64MB (method for this depends on the hosting).
