Why online documentation and informed that the theme comes with plugin WPLM. But this plugin is not. Why?
Are you sure it says it ‘includes’ the plugin and that it does not only say it is ‘compatible’ with WPML?
There’s several themes with that name so not sure which one you are referring to but all that mention WPML say ‘compatible with’ which does not mean it includes it.
No theme is allowed to include WPML (WPML licensing) within the download, you have to buy and download it separately, themes will say they are compatible with WPML but should never say it includes it.
