in which way can i use a soundtrack if i buy it? can i change it how i like?

i just wanna now if i can change a music i buy here at envato the way i like to make it fit for my video clip i`am creating.
I hope someone can help me. couldn’t find something :confused:

If you want, you can cut the track into 100 pieces and spread them all over the video you’re making.
