In which section, in your opinion, is it more profitable to work? (It means loading new items, updating old ones, etc.)

The most profitable section (singular) is music - subcategory Corporate. The only downfall is that a lot of authors are going for the same kind of sound / track which has over saturated this marketplace and so to be profitable I would recommend spreading your music across many genres.
Agree with Graham, music is probably the most profitable. Preferably in genres which are in great demand with low supply on AJ. And accepted music sells better than rejected.
It is best to work in several genres !!!
