This is probably something simple but this is the first time I’ve encountered it. In the Cristiano restaurant theme, when I enter the title of the site, for example Benny’s, and click save, it changes to Benny/'s. Any idea why the forward slash appears?

Yep - almost certain the slash isn’t escaped properly. The code it will be burried in the theme suggest you contact the author and point it out - should be a fairly simple fix
