Hi, i messaged this many times over the years via the ticket system and also via Twitter:
When I buy something I immediately receive a ZIP with the invoices in my inbox.
But the generated PDFs do not include the Envato logo. I opened the invoice with more than one PDF viewer, including Acrobat. I let others open the invoice. I even reverse engineered the PDF binary.
And some staff member on Twitter verified the logo is missing.
This drains so much energy from me. I always have to start the Print-as-PDF-Approach and as invoices are spread over more than one PDF (which is a pain in itself) this takes so much time I could spend using the bought assets and have fun.
What are your opinions about that?
