Pour products cannot be used with photoshop CC under french Mac OS version

It’s just impossible ti use : i cannot use the different functionalities
More, all tutorials are, of course in english, but fews commands are not explain and so i cannot use the "actions"
With the differents incompatibilities with french photoshop and the impossibility to understand what tutorials explain, after 5 hours I cannot use you products
