hello, my installer is trying to set up my theme and has asked me to contact the author whi isn’t trplying so suggested I post here the problem, this is the screenshot he is getting

this error generated most probably by the PHP max execution time limit or by the FastCGI read timeout settings. please contact your hosting provider and let them know. They will check it through error log and will assist you. If hosting provider let you know that error is coming from the theme script then Contact your purchased Theme Author. Contact Author and let them know.
Thanks for the reply, I have contacted them and they replied so hopefully it will be resolved soon, this is what they said.
I have set a dynamic timeout for the website which will allow the installation of the theme and import of demo content if there is such.
