Hey guys, how’s it hanging?

I’m in the process of filling up my theme with content, now currently at the product part. The images I’m currently using is something like this? I have no rights to this picture. I removed the branding from the headset. So can this be used as mock up content?

Not sure about this but to be safe please ask permission to the image owner or try reading the image license… thanks

Also I need to know in what form should I have proof, that permission was given to me, to actually use picture?

Like a text document of some sorts or a screenshot?
