Image in the Background

Hi
I use the Artbees Wordpress Theme Jupiter.
And I want to insert a image in the background and the content in the front must be srolling over the image in the background.

How can I solve this issue?

for doing this you have to use Parallax Background. If you don’t know how to work with Parallax Background then you can hire any freelancer and I would certainly recommend one of the WordPress experts at Envato Studio. They’re really good and surprisingly affordable.
