Image and sound share theme

I’m looking for a theme that will allow me to:

  1. Share my images
    a) small image (600px width ) for free
    b) up to 1600px 5$/month/ unlimited downloads
    c) > 1600 10$/month /unlimited downloads

Watermark should be applied automatically on upload just like most of the microphotostock does

Payment via paypal. Everything should be optimized for space reduction (yup, no custom post)
