Now this author has 2 versions standard versijn and SaaS version
I tried askjng some presale questions twice now and both times my questions where removed.
1st question I had was this what is the diffrence between standard version and SaaS versikn as price diffrence between 2 is $10 standard costs $19 and SaaS version $29
My other questikn was regarding permission if I can asign spesific permissions for staff members and fully edit navigation and footer both in staff and admin panel.
Iwant to purchase but I need to know if this script does at least 75% of what I want as some functions in admin panel is disabled and no easy way to tell.
I have o er 6 pages of purchased items from Envato and this by far has been most frustrating to get any type of answers. Can someone suggest what to do? I already used contact form on authors page with no responses from them.
I did read. It’s authors responsibility to answer pre-sales questions. If he’s ignoring your messages and marking them to be deleted, you should find another item.
I’m not sure what happened between you too but pretty sure it’d be a problem later as well.
As a customer you definitely have the right to post your query in comments. Also from your description in this topic I can find any context in your Comments that an author can flag! Something is going wrong (maybe a mistake from the author) there.
