on March 27, 2020 My credit card has been charged 198$ that I did not authorized, I backtracked my account then I actually realized I have not subscribe anything from this shady place long time ago and I even deleted my payment method, basically there should be no one can buy things on my account using my credit card. I have contacted your support and spent 1 hour just to find how to contact SUPPORT, I sent out a ticket to required refund, I still have no replies from SUPPORT. When I searched on this topic I found this forum and other people who had same issues a few years ago, I wonder is this cause by credit card theft or your system is unreliable and easy to hack. Anyway, If you guys do not help, I will do a dispute from my bank and delete my account.
