If I buy Theme and owner does not suport me then envato help me or not?

i want to buy one theme but they owner does not replay me. so if i buy that theme/cms then if owner does not support me then what should i do ?

It depends if:

  1. the item is actively supported (most are but not all)
  2. what the support is for i.e. if it is within support policies https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy
