IE Compatibility in metronic-responsive-admin-dashboard v5.0.6.1

Hi,

After purchasing metronic-responsive-admin-dashboard v5.0.6.1, we are seeing that it is working in Chrome latest version, Firefox latest version, but not in IE 11, Edge,10, 9, 8 and so on.

We have few users working on IE 11, 10, 9 and 8.

Please suggest.

Hi,

Please note that Metronic is not compatible with IE8 and IE9 since Bootstrap 4 and other 3rd party plugins no longer support IE8 and IE9. Regarding IE10 and IE11 issues please contact our support at support@keenthemes.com and provide more details(screenshots, browser console, etc).

You requested refund 3 days ago for the same license. Which has been approved by us. So as per Envato license terms, once they process this request, you will not able to use same license anymore. Soon Envato will provide you refund. To use Metronic further, please purchase a new license.

Please revert the refund request. It was a mistake from our side, somehow i clicked that in order to get the response from your side. We are very much want to use your product.

We are already in a separate mail thread with your technical team. They are looking into our issues. So please do not consider the refund request sent by us. It was a mistake fro our side.
