When I upload preview files, I get this error:
“Audio Preview Error extracting ID3 data: incomplete “\x00” on UTF-16LE”
What is this? I’ve never seen that before.
When I delete the ID3 Tag from the file, it works.
Did anybody experience the same?
I had a similiar problem but the system didn’t gave me any info about the error. The problem was a special character in the name of the track and in its ID. Did you solve it? If not, try renaming the file. 
I got this error message during my uploads today.
In my metadata I had the © & ℗ characters, which I deleted and re-uploaded…which did the trick and the file was successfully uploaded.
