I would like add a button “Edit?” for if upload some error I not can edit it… I would like all authors need edit when upload any item for some error because if some wrong will to be hard rejected…

It would be an awful idea.
It would lead to authors rushing submission to get ahead of the queue without due care and attention.
This will in turn lead to more efforts/edits, and subsequently even longer queue than already exist.
